The Modern Asheville team was invited to get a sneak peek of Twisted Laurel last night during their soft opening. The American, Greek, and Italian restaurant is scheduled to open its doors tomorrow, Wednesday Oct 1st. We all had a sampling of their tasty food and assortment of beer while listening to live music upstairs. Make sure you stop by for a tasty lunch or dinner this week at 130 College St. downtown.  The urban rustic interior was the vision of one of our favorite local designers, Traci Kearns of Alchemy Design. The modern artwork was supplied by Modern Asheville artist Barbara Fisher and some of the key custom lighting fixtures from our friend Robert Nicholas of Splurge. Overall, a great effort in creating a cool and comfortable atmosphere!
